FSC COVID EPO Process

⚠️ Effective Friday, March 20 FSC will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC for at least the next 30 days. HOWEVER essential staff for all agencies will continue to operate at the FSC onsite during regular hours of business, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

🚨 IF YOU NEED AN EMERGENCY PROTECTIVE ORDER BEGINNING FRIDAY, MARCH 20 CALL 911.

📌 The FSC primary mission to provide protection, hope and healing to our victims and their children is even more important today, but also includes protection and hope for our own professional staff. So here are the steps we are taking effective immediately to expand the scope of that protection for our most vulnerable community family members and friends in line with CDC, state and city recommendations to control the spread of CoviD19.

You may request a temporary Emergency Protective Order from the responding officer, who will phone an on-call Judge who can approve the EPO. If approved, the EPO will be good for 30 days at which time you will need to report to the FSC to file for an extension. Most importantly in this new process, FSC agency and partner staff will be available to you during regular business hours, 5 days a week to assist with any questions, concerns, help with safety planning, resources and other aids you may need.

PLEASE CALL 918 742 7480 and let us help you at this time!
